Good Intentions or Ulterior Motives?

   We had such an amazing moment! Someone wanted to help us from the bottom of their heart; they also hoped that we would shout them out on social media, not knowing our business model. I explained that our social media is used to show the kindness that’s out there and help people find a better perspective of others, so we can’t guarantee shout outs or it just becomes paid advertisement. That’s because we had been freely assisted in the beginning before social media, we decided our work would only be used to assist freely, showing the world a better way of trusting each other. I explained our receive freely/give freely business model, and we’ll be honest with you guys… it doesn’t always go so well! We’ve turned down a lot of things, and have seen the ugly side of ego and greed time and time again. But this moment was beautiful! They completely understood, and were still completely happy to help, entirely unfazed. The conversation turned into an absolute delight, and they were nothing but a joy in our time together! In fact, they told us how much they appreciated what we were doing! Those moments are seriously some of the best of the journey, as weird as it sounds. Why’s everyone always getting offended about everything? You know, it doesn’t just make the world a worse place, it makes you weaker. It isn’t the power you think you feel. Because of this person’s lack of fragility, they have now gone on to make the world a more loving and more resilient place through the 10,000+ people this post alone will reach!
